Got me thinking... a lot of folks prepay for anhydrous and corn starter along with chemicals and seed. Are all of these prepays refundable if a farmer is forced into a prevent plant situation? It seems like either way someone would really get hurt on a year like this with a mass wide range of areas being unable to plant... be it the end user, the middleman, or the main supplier.
