Nebraska aka the boondocks | I could not believe Bayer aquired Monsanto given their huge potential legal liability. Well it’s turning into a fiasco for them. Why is this noteworthy? Legal liability for the company who had nothing to do with the culpability of roundup, and goes to the notion, if you didn’t do anything wrong, why worry about a lawsuit or criminal trial. Legal issues are always something to worry about. A secondary issue to be noted from the juries, imo, they don’t like chemical companies, and thus, growth energy and other pro etol groups should take note on legal strategy.
