Ha, that is the prime development zone. One hay farmer that hit it big in the 80s and 90s has the biggest one, and has been selling lots every now and then for the right price. That tiled field is the local colonies. That tile crew showed up in October as soon as the soybeans were off. As you can tell, it hasn't exactly dried up.
