If we really can't produce a decent crop this season then regardless of USDA data it will be a blinding flash of the obvious in 2020.
The end users will be dialing up producers and the basis will go positive.
But I thank you Conan for taking the pessimistic approach so that we might avoid "Irrational Exuberance" and believe that simple supply and demand sets the prices.
Last time I saw this type of delay was 1993 and it was fall before the market really reacted.
