Vanguard 5500 Monitor wont turn on
Western NY
New Vanguard VM 5500. Hooked up directly to the battery like the manual said. Pressed the ON button ...nothing. Replaced the 5 amp fuse and tested for power at the fuse and power wire. Got 13.6 volts to the plug up in the monitor. What am I missing?
