Subject: DJ blockage issues

North Central Idaho
We have the dickey john blockage system on our drill (great plains NTA 3510) and are having issues with blockage sensors and/or modules. The system has 5 modules with 11 sensors plugged into each one, we lost sensor 53 (module 5 input 9) tried a new sensor, tested voltage at all sensors on mod 5, and then lost sensors 53-55 (input 9-11) and received error code 220 (sensors installed incorrectly) on the display (AI 110) when we came back the next day we lost sensor 9 (module 1 input 9) and then lost 9-11; all voltages (input to modules, sensor at sensor, sensor at display (8V)) appear with in range, have checked over all connections in harnessing looking for broken or pulled pins and any obvious abrasions or broken wires. The display is running software version 1.69 and the drill has not been updated to the latest firmware, GRND voltage shows 2.52 V on the display which appears to be correct for that software version. We moved the modules around on the system and the problem follows the module rather than staying with the sensor group. We were told to start replacing modules, before we do that we are hoping someone has some other ideas?
