We just unscrewed the back cover off our old monitor ( gen 0 ) and seen the foam strip had fallen off. I believe I wedged a nylon tie strap between the card to keep it tight. Maybe the newer 20/20 monitors systems are different and they fixed that issue and have a better way of holding the SD card in them? Also maybe the SD card might be bad or corrupted? I don’t know if you can just try a blank new card? Probably has to have setup data And PP software stuff on it to work?? Well that might be a good idea try someone else’s monitor alright! I know it’s very frustrating trying to solve and fix the problems, been there too many times!!! Have you tried switching out terminators?? Well I sure hope you can get down to the bottom of the problem and fix it!!! GOOD LUCK
