Are these the same models which often predict the crazy high snow totals?
The very same :)
The long term computer models are almost always heavy on the predicted amounts. Where this is showing the 8-10" of rain is a prediction that 3 major storm paths (Sunday, Wednesday, and then the following week Thursday) all follow the same path. Way too far out to predict with any kind of accuracy. |
