Central Missouri | That would be 20-25% commission. 3-4 x what would be normal. If it was his first year there are some extra amounts from some companies to help build sheds and buy equipment to get started.
What would you want a really good seedsman to make commission wise?

I had a customer ask me how much I make percentage wise. I told him a close ballpark and he said what do you do that for?
If that is all your confidential source is doing for his customers 4% is too high.
