South Central Iowa
It'll do somewhere between quite a bit and a lot of good. A month is ideal, but before that their body still recognizes it. It's worth doing, especially if your calves get summer pneumonia (which is getting very prevelent in my area). That said, my biggest problem in the summer is pinkeye and an occasional respiratory illness. So the vet sanctioned me to give alpha 7 mb, moraxella bovoculi, and inforce 3 at turnout.
