Subject: RE: Solid Tile vs Knife Cut/Perforated

Southern Illinois
Depth is going to be between 4’ of cover at the deepest and 2’ of cover at the shallowest. Tree roots are a concern the last 50’ or so. The biggest reason I am leaning towards solid is that it’s going over a neighbors farm and I don’t ever want to have to deal with choked lines if rye grass or some other deep rooted covers get planted. Looking for the most maintenance free option. Do you guys have have issues with it staying wet around solid tile before it settles back around the pipe? This would be installed with a plow.
