You forgot one thing. Try to collect the money from the buyers.
Forgot two things- have to have the knowledge/ ability to operate a baler. And the willingness to get dirty working on said baler when it quits working (yup it happens, knotters can be finicky) I know of several individuals who thought they were going to get rich baling and selling their own straw. Don't think any made it more than a few years.
