For another product to try. I've been taking Saltstick fast chews the ones in kind of a pink bottle, unlike the name their a tart orange taste. Last night I took one at supper and was having toe cramps in bed so I took another and slept fine the rest of the night. Their another electrolyte replacement, that work fast.
