Probably for extended periods of times yes. Moving daily or weekend at lake probably not. I’d say biggest issue is cheap quality trailer tires on most. If you put 14 ply or load range G on them, probably would reduce most issues and highway blow outs. 235/80R16 are terrible excuse for tire.
