NW Washington | Folks may complain about building codes, but they are around for a reason and that is shoddy work, crappy contractors, unknowing or untrained workers, poor design and a host of other reasons. Some folks will cheat if they are not inspected or have their feet held to the fire.
And yes the shower/bathroom needs a separate vent and the vent line should be insulated in the attic. | |
