Make sure the shaft is smooth.
I noticed that the 7810s had grease fittings so way back in the '90s I drilled the housing in the center for a grease fitting on my 7800, almost 17000 hours now and the bushings are still tight but my 3 point loads are less than 5000 lbs, must be quite a cavity in there because it sure took a bunch of grease to get it to show at the arms.
