Frederick, Md | I had a Kencove 13j fencer when I first started and just could keep it working, so thats now my back up. But it was usually running around 11k volts. I really liked it. Unfortunate it won't hold up.
I just increased my fence load exponentially and am now using a Parmak Rangemaster as the main charger. It has anywhere from 6.5-8.9k volts running through it.....its hot enough but was honestly expecting more. I have one more line of fence to add to it and I'm willing to bet it will lower it down to 5k volts.
On my smaller run I have an OLD international 100mi charger....it to is plenty hot for where its at. My back up for that line of fence is a Parmak SE5....its a good charger but not all that hot. | |
