Central iowa
Air compressor parts are hard to nail down. Takes a lot of research. Alot of parts were farmed out with different names put on them down the line. I rebuilt an old compressor awhile back that I belive was made by champion with no help from them. If remember right it shared parts with speed aire. The same compressor was made for sears back in the day. I got my parts from sears and grainger. Sears tried to tell me it was made by whirlpool, which I don't believe. I think I figured out it was made by speed aire who sold it to champion who sold it to whirlpool who sold it to sears. Ha. One of many ways they went broke. That's a lot of middle men for the 60s or 70s.
