North East Wimmera district of Victoria.
Wife has a ResMed. Think it is her third machine, over more than ten years.
I don't think it is just as easy as "Wanting one"!
Sleep doctor assessed her, wired up in hospital overnight, where breathing patterns [she stopped for over 30 seconds many times in an hour!] blood oxygen levels, snoring ,and periodic limb movements are monitored.
Then there is a variable pressure setting for your needs, different masks, and humidity levels all to be considered.
So - who told you you are "ready" for a sleep machine?
