Not sure if any of this helps. I’ve been running Presc from a different provider. I also have my inner boundaries loaded through SMS. I had to export the generic boundaries 1 at a time instead of device setup in order to get the boundaries to show up on the 20/20. The inner boundaries are in the file that is listed as poly files.
