Subject: C -13 cat in a peterbuilt 386 turbo line ?

Schochoh Ky
We have a c-13 that has developed an oil leak in the turbo oil line . The line is metal woven with a fitting on it coming from side of motor , and it transitions into a hard metal line going into the fitting between the two turbos . Don't think the line bolts , at the top of the turbos will come out . My question is can you cut the hard line and splice it with some type of fitting? Ideas ? Thanks
