It's been a while since I've done it, but you unzip it and place the update on the root directory of a USB drive, plug the drive into the Cruizer, and turn the switch on. It should install and overwrite everything that's on the memory of the Cruizer. This would help if there's something that's gotten corrupted. If it turns out to be a hardware issue, this will unfortunately not do you any good. | |
