East ks | Thanks to mithco and nick, I pulled ignition switch it looked good so pulled steering wheel and took a look. I saw the snap ring and some springs under pressure and decided with my arthritic hands I would take it to a local mechanic. He pulled it apart and said it wasn’t broken but had so much gunk it had the pin forced out of actuator rod. So short story 2.5 hrs labor plus tax and back on road. Thanks guys | |
