In thinking through the math involved over night I'm thinking that if you purposely doubled the calibration number for number of pulses per revolution of the shaft sensor then the indicated shaft speed would be half of its true value. This would mean that the CFR number would be doubled to compensate for this. Using this approach might allow more fine tuning within the CFR number. Another approach might be to use the original sensor cal and CFR numbers but "fudge" the density factor to adjust the actual applied rate.
