I posted a few days ago about my 12 ton gear blowing a set of bearings. As you know there is a creek involved so I have decided to add buddy bearings to my hubs. Will give this a try until I can find a heavier gear with bigger bearings. Thought this might be better than drilling and tapping for a grease fitting, Will try two first then add the other 6 if they work.
