10-12 lb Brisket (makes 16-18 servings) - Bake at 250 degrees for 12-13 hours

Marinate Brisket in the following mixture overnight or a couple days (I usually do for 48 hours) in frig, also I rotate and flip over the brisket after 24hours to be sure all is coated.
2 t. celery salt
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. onion salt
4 oz. liquid smoke
2 oz. worchester sauce

Remove from frig after marinading - cover with foil and place in oven at 250 degrees for 12-13 hours. (I usually but in over overnight and remove in the morning)
One hour prior to being done, remove foil and pour approx. 1 cup of BBQ sauce over the brisket. Return back to the oven for an additional hour without the foil.
Cool then slice.

Have made for a couple fall family picnics and also Christmas one year.
