Do what you want, but we plant with RTK and EZ steer on an articulated 4WD and its within an inch most of the time. Have row cultivated, sprayed, side-dressed, combined with RTK and it’s pretty good.
Hydraulic steering is clearly nicer but I’d be inclined to try RTK first before automatically going to hydraulic.
Would I be happy with OnTrac 3 and RTK?
