The best thing you can do is look at the ingredient label and see what the ingredients are. If it says it contains "green tea" or "green tea extract" then it does. If it says it has green tea flavoring or something like that, then it probably doesn't. You would also want the green tea ingredient to be one of the first things listed- the items on the ingredient listing are listed in the order of what it contains the most of first. And yes, green tea is a good anti-oxidant- there are some health benefits that can be associated with it.
