I have a White planter with a SM4000 monitor. I've been using the sprocket for speed, the little magnet sensor (I think) and calibrating. But with the Radar speed port, can I plug a GPS plug into it?

There are several possibilities. There are the GPS speed only devices that are made exactly for that purpose. They plug into the planter monitor, get power and ground from it and feed it a radar like signal that they generate from GPS. Then there are other GPS systems that might be used for steering etc that have a radar out branch on them. Since they already have power, they don't need to get it from the planter monitor and just give the radar like signal to the planter monitor. Not all GPS devices for steering have this radar out branch but several of them do.
