RockyMtnKng - 4/19/2019 15:24 Yes they are already cooked/smoked but a double smoked ham with a good glaze is better than anything out of the oven! I usually cook them at a lower temp to put more smoke in them. Then turn it up to get heat into it and glaze last 30 min or so. Usually takes just about 3 hours or so.

 

Thats what I like to do with a spiral cut..   I make a glaze of cherry preserves, brown sugar, and bourbon.   Get the glaze down into the cuts.   Really great eating
