sw ontario | Bernie , we are with a Mutual farm ins. co., no rebates past couple yrs. as they have not made any money as between some combine fires & livestock barns ate up premiums....a farm fire used to be maybe $10k , now livestock barn usually $1 mil. + & late model combines cost a lot.........fwiw like other posters said , there "replacement" costs for houses/buildings are way on the high side....not sure what % commission mutuals pay brokers | |
