What’s the going rate for the n,p,k,s removed with the straw, and is a bump in the applied fert required to replace it?
The ground I farm has lots of low organic mater blow sand, the straw/stover may not be as good as a cover crop, but sure helps. If I were to ever rent it out, the would be language in the contract about no straw/stover harvest.
Who owns the straw?
