Green Bay Dress does the conversion to carcass price before hand. JBS does it after and shows as a deduction. When it comes to contracts I like the Dress beef contract better. no discounts on heavy's and 4 or 5 yield grades. and they give a premium on Primes and if your over the 70% no discount on Selects.
