Corn freezes "easier". That being said, if corn freezes when its young, it simply regrows. When soybeans freeze, might as well get out the checkbook and purchase more seed and go through the huge expense of re-planting-WHO THE HELL WANTS TO DO THIS??. This is mainly true in the "northern states" where you can still get very hard freezes into early May (MN, ND, WI, MI)
