I did ours pre planting this spring. I unfolded 1 wing a few feet and left the other one on the center frame, blocked it up so that I could remove the wing pin. I then removed the pin from the pull support by the front hitch so that I could back the planter up with the wing remaining stationary to gain enough space to remove the rear section of the wing. The main pin is too long to remove under the ccs tank. I just unbolted jacked up and blocked the tanks up. The main pin in the rear section was a bit difficult to remove being that it is in a blind hole with no way to drive it out. I welded a 1" nut to the top of the pin and then took a piece of 1 1/4" x about 1 1/2' steel cut a hole in the center for a 1" bolt to go through and used a porta power on one side and jack on the other side of the plate steel. Then I drove in with the fork lift and slid the frame onto the forks and changed bushings out. My frames were cracked around the pin bosses so you may want to take a close look at those while its apart.
