Depending on what you will be spraying, but I’d be tempted to replumb the whole thing. We have a valve stack just like those, and to get even flow to all three boom sections when doing hi flow work (fertilizer) we had to feed them from both sides.

With a centrifugal pump you can plumb the regulating valve so it throttles a bypass line back to the tank, or you can throttle the flow to the boom valves. Bypass system valve opens to decrease boom pressure, the other way valve opens to increase boom pressure.
