East of Broken Bow | I have a 98 Fourtrax 300, and one time the switch went bad, it would kill the engine when shut off, but left power on to everything else.
Was similar to your situation. Ran fine, then one day battery was dead. Bought new battery, and went to start it 2-3 days later the new battery was dead too.
I have heard a bad ignition module can do that, too, but no experience, just what I heard.
Also, don't completely rule out the new battery being bad, I've had that happen before, too. | |
