We have used (and have been happy with) Jeremy Donabauer. We did not replace the wetland on our own farm, however, and you do need to be prepared to sell your firstborn child to cover the cost;) I believe Jeremy now lives in the Waconia MN area. Right now I can’t find a phone number for him.
He used to post here perhaps 2 years ago, and was at the owatonna farm show a couple times? Anyhow the right first name, I can’t remember his last name.
