How much cement is in a typical 10-11 yard load of concrete? (..lbs. of dry cement). Also...are their any things that the average joe can't do to a load of concrete that a mix plant would be able to do...ie.- air entraining...warm water...anti-freeze in the mix....those kinds of things.
