Adrian MI | We have a pen of holsteins that were implanted with Encore the first week of January. Most were in the 600-700lb range. But had a handful of bigger ones closer to 900lbs. Should have used Compudose on them, but just did the whole pen with Encore well we were at it.
Bigger ones got moved ahead and that pen got weighed Saturday. There are 6 head that will be ready to go the end of May that got implanted. Do we need to hold on to them a bit longer to let the implant wear out? Or will they be fine. I know Encore is suppose to be a 300 day implant.
