SW IA | I have two New Holland T8.275 tractors. I have been doing quite a bit of work with one and I keep getting an error that the trans oil is overheating - 239 degrees. I have replaced the temp sensor and it is still doing it. The lines going to the oil cooler are cool, but everything else is hot. I was running a dual placement applicator (NH3 and Dry) which requires a continuous flow of hydraulic fluid and the hydraulic hoses were hot enough to melt anhydrous tube. Today I did the painstaking task of switching tractors. The second tractor runs at a consistent 150-165. I put the first tractor on a piece of tillage equipment with no continuous hydraulic load and the trans oil overheated on that. The oil cooler lines are definitely warmer on the tractor that is running cooler, which I would expect. How does the oil get routed from the hydraulic system to the oil cooler? What should I be checking? TIA
