I have dealt with planers faciitis for several years. Best treatment I have found is soaking foot in ice water in the evening. Do it for 10 minutes on and 20 minutes off three times before going to bed.
Then I tape bottom of foot. Use athletic tape and make and X on bottom of foot. Then use 4 strips 6” long and overlap them 50% over the X on your arch.
I also have Dr. Schols planar faciitis foot inserts but not sure if they help or not. I will get along good for awhile doing this until I misbehave and stretch my arch pushing on something or carrying something heavy and twisting. Then I have to repeat above steps or I am an invalid.
