Subject: Chronic foot pain

S.E. Iowa
I have had foot pain for 30 years. Been to at least 5 doctors over the years. My feet feel like they are being ripped apart in the mornings, and like the muscle has been pushed off the bones during the day. I have had prescribed orthotics, shocking, glucosamine sulfate, different soaks, chiropratic, acupuncture, braces, otc orthotics, and finally have settled on using tongue pads for arch supports. A week ago tomorrow I started not eating any sugar. I an not a big soda drinker, 3 sodas a month, but do tend to eat 5-6 cookies a day, not much candy but I have cut as near as practical to no sugar. My feet have changed in the last few days that I can actually stand for awhile and not be in pain. They are not perfect but I almost want to start running. My blood work has always been good so diabetes doesn't seem to be the problem. I really want some cookies but with the feet feeling the way they are no way. Just a experience I am making others aware of.
