Madison Co. Virginia | #2 is calf milk replacer. Note the fifth ingredient, "animal fat." That would not be listed in that manner on baby formula. Baby formula has to use comfortable sounding terminology; or when that's not possible, disguise the ingredient in so much mumbo-jumbo that the consumer can't identify what it is, and tunes out. The calf milk replacer is not hindered by any such stipulations; they can simply state what's in the bag without needing to disguise it.
