In 2015 I had some fields make 20% of aph and across the board was under 50% of aph. People can't imagine how bad it was. So yes wet weather can hurt but unless you have experienced it then you likely can't imagine the extreme. If it was a large area getting hit that hard we would be talking about flooding never heard of. 42 inches of rain in less days than that on some farms.
Personally I would guess if pace is slow and forecast doesn't look promising I could see retesting the upper end of the range towards by the 10th of may. It would take weather beyond that to even think about going higher imo. If a planting delay got us to test last years high I would be shocked. I think even some legitimate problems we would do well to get in the 4.10-4.20 area.
Maybe the combination of a fair amount of PP along with some July concerns would actually build a bit of a story.
