I agree. I hope i dont come across rude. Its a horrible situation. But the over and over areas, i realize most of these people this year are not in that situation, need to do something else. Makes no sense to year after year gut and remodel houses
It seems like an 8’ tall mound of dirt to build your house on would be cheaper than rebuilding it every decade.
