Their is to many farms that are tiled and draining water way to fast and the old water ways just can’t handle it. Just the small creek that runs through my farm if we get a inch or two thunder storm within 30 minutes it’s coming out of its banks. It wasn’t like that when I was younger it took a big rain event to bring it out.
