Mother Nature bats last. Water events are pretty much uncontrollable.
Should be some type of buy out plan. Some of the pics with exploded bins make me believe now would be the time to do something. Your going to have to rebuild, might as while do it on higher ground. I realize that is far easier to say then do. Surely lots of farmers don’t own higher ground to build on.
