Well really don't know but suspect 22 is lower than ours. Do know I put my foot on the wire push it down and cross on a atv so don't think wire is too high. Still at 22 inches cows will eat under the wire, in fact ours quite regularly eat under even when leaving a large residue. Maybe a density thing???
