That's amazing to think one delivered a calf like that.
Very occasionally one has a birth defect where the abdomen fails to close and the calf ends up turned inside out with all 4 limbs and the nose basically pointed in the same direction like that. Called a schistosomas reflexus and I have never seen one a cow delivered on her own.
